In terms of the elegant feel, rich textures and modern styling, the stationery, business card, envelope, and pocket folder collateral are perfectly matched to the marketing brochure for the renovated Manhattan condo of the same name.
Design elements are carried through from the brochure to the identity package without sparing the details that set this project apart – metallic embossed foil stamping, Eames Canvas paper, diecut page corners.
We would also be remiss if we didn’t mention the font chosen for “845” logo – fluid, understated curves recall the era of the building’s origin while its sideways position says, “I’m all contemporary comfort and hip sensibilities.”
