Want to create holiday cards with a vintage wood type look? The LetterMpress app for the Apple iPad lets you take full advantage of the hands-on nature of the iPad to have a fun, virtual letterpress experience.
Users select and assemble vintage wood type and art images, mix colors and ink the type, select paper from an array of colors and textures, and hand-crank the virtual letterpress on their iPad display to output their designs.
Holiday cards and other designs produced on LetterMpress can be printed, shared via email, Photo Album, posted to Facebook, Tumblr and other social media, or output to popular graphics applications.
