Hamilton Wood Type Museum Field NotesThe design community’s love affair with the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum continues as Field Notes releases a 3-pack of notebooks featuring covers printed by the Two Rivers, Wis. institution. The Spring Seasonal release, the “Two Rivers” edition, features three beautiful covers hand set by the Hamilton team, with $2 being donated to the museum for each 3-pack sold.

French Paper Co. supplied four cover stocks: Pop-Tone 100#C “Lemon Drop” and “Sno Cone,” Speckletone 100 lb. Cover  “True White,” and Dur-O-Tone 80 lb. Cover “Packing Brown Wrap.” Inside: 48 pages of Finch Opaque Smooth 50 lb. Text.

The project is only the latest designed to help raise money for the museum, which learned it had to move house back in 2012. Since then, a number of companies have helped defray the cost of moving and restarting one of the most beloved institutions in the American design community, with Neenah Paper leading the way with its Beauty of Letterpress initiative.
