Round and round it goes. Where it stops … well, that was up to the folks who attended the 2009 Printing Industries of Northern California (PINC) Show. This event give-away (a.k.a. the Septa-Bio-Matic Orbitronic Scientometer) must have created quite the buzz about its true meaning and function.
The Gallery Gal loved the interactive nature of this piece. Aligning the separate head, torso and tail wheels to discover each lovely organic shape was sure to have been a great conversation starter. What made her green with envy? The subtle texture of the letterpress printed illustrations along with the 100 percent postconsumer waste fiber of the Classic Crest Cover used.
