Distinctive, elegant, artistic – the paper and design on this series of wine reception invites for the not-for-profit organization Stanford Lively Arts wasn’t just a pretty picture.
The interesting back story is that RSVP rates climbed with every subsequent mailing. (BTW – we’re hearing this a lot lately. E-mail blast goes out, the response rate is so-so. The printed follow-up goes out, and response rates climb dramatically).
And who could be surprised by this? The wonderful combo of offset and letterpress printing, the Eames Architecture paper on the wraps, the kiss–cut labels – recipients must have immediately felt that this was one event not to be missed and they were lucky to be included on the “A” list.
