Letterpress invitations can be exciting visual and tactile experiences, but seldom do you think of them being three-dimensional. Fortunately for us, the creative squirrels over at Boxcar Press don’t think that way. When tasked with promoting Flying Squirrel Adventures’ inaugural zipline tours, they took a gamble that paid off beautifully.
The invite card itself, as well as the trees and clouds, were all letterpress printed on 100 lb. white and off-white Neenah Royal Sundance Felt, die cut, and carefully installed inside the box. The flying squirrel himself (or is that herself?) was hand illustrated.
