Will they or won’t they? No, this is not about the latest improbable celebrity pairing, but the Post Office’s attempts to ditch mail delivery on Saturdays in order to cut costs.
Today, the Government Accountability Office said the USPS doesn’t have the legal authority to make that change. To further complicate matters, some of this is tied up in Capitol Hill’s current brinksmanship over spending, the debt, the deficit, and, well, chronic bloody mindedness.
Frankly it’s all kinda depressing and will probably amount to nothing….so why not forget about it all and watch “Gerbils of the Caribbean” again?
