It’s always been a bit of a conundrum. Those who tend to pick up craft beers rather than the run-of-the-mill variety tend also to be equally picky about other things, like sustainability and the environment. If you provide a good quality brew, your choice in label papers hasn’t been exactly ideal. Turn to an uncoated stock made of post-consumer waste (PCW) fibers and you’d usually end up with labels that had a tendency to peel off in the ice box.
