Neenah’s goal was to create a unique and unexpected tool for their selling organization. And they did just that with the team at Design Army.
The package consists of five elements: The CLASSIC Paper Color Mixer, The Perfect Ten Fan Swatch, The Sheet Cut Calculator, The Classic Portfolio Kit, and The Envelope Guide.
Tying the design into the brand story created by the “Perfect Ten” marketing message, the kit is smart and something that can be used as a long-term resource.
Overall, the designers showcased the variety and availability of Neenah’s CLASSIC papers by using both offset and digital printing. The stripe, a quintessentially classic motif, received a visual twist – unique hidden typography within the stripes of each component’s exterior cover. Incorporating silver foil on the logo was also a great choice, providing lovely pops of metallic shine against the tactile uncoated paper.
The Portfolio Kit was my favorite element. From the VIP event 3D bracelets and the museum pamphlet’s fluorescent inks to the amazing palette created for the hotel stationery set and the pearlized papers selected for the jewelry brochure, the concept was inspiration times 10!
