Answer: Tri-Fold!
A tri-fold brochure is created from one sheet – in most cases a letter (A4) size one – which is folded twice to form 3 pages on one side (hence tri-fold). Your sheet, though, has 3 sides, which means there are a total of 6 pages available to you.
The example above has moved away from the letter size flat format and gone wide and square. With this one simple alternation, this piece already feels utterly unique.
