Stroll down your favorite grocery store aisle and I’ll bet you’ll see at least 100 different folding cartons on one side alone. They are typically printed, die cut, and converted on a thick paperboard stock ranging from 8 pt. to 24 pt. Not only do folding cartons take less time to produce than set-up boxes, they also tend to cost less.
